Experimental Group

The Experimental Group was founded by Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros, and Romée De Goriainoff, three childhood friends driven by a passion for innovation. Inspired by the burgeoning craft cocktail culture in New York and London, and convinced that Paris held untapped potential in the realm of mixed drinks, they launched the Experimental Cocktail Club in 2007 on a quaint Parisian side street, revolutionizing the city’s social scene. In 2010, they welcomed Xavier Padovani as the group’s fourth partner, solidifying their shared vision: to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience to a discerning global clientele.

Embracing small producers and seasonal sourcing in food, spirits, and wines, the Experimental Group prioritizes discovery, both for guests and their ever-expanding team of bartenders, sommeliers, chefs, concierges, and support staff.

Renowned for pioneering the cocktail bar culture in Paris, the group has since expanded to include their signature speakeasies, wine bars, restaurants, and hotels across Paris, New York, London, Ibiza, Menorca, Venice, and Verbier.
