Experimental Cocktail Club New York marks the brand’s much-anticipated return to the city, after the closure of its original Lower East Side location in 2016. Nestled beneath La Compagnie Wine Bar, the new subterranean space — designed by Dorothée Meilichzon — draws on organic Art Nouveau influences with a rich, amber-hued palette.
This reopening also reunites ECC with renowned bartender Nico de Soto, who will design an innovative cocktail menu featuring house classics and modern techniques such as clarification, carbonation, and lacto-fermentation.
