La Compagnie Flatiron – New York

La Compagnie Flatiron is Experimental’s second New York wine bar, opening a decade after the acclaimed Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels in SoHo. Designed by Dorothée Meilichzon, the space blends original New York brickwork and parquet flooring with natural materials and light, creating an elegant, contemporary setting.

At the heart of the experience is an expertly curated wine list featuring hundreds of bottles from small, passionate producers — both local and international — with a particular focus on French and American estates. The culinary offering, designed by Managing Partner and Executive Chef Eric Bolyard, showcases luxurious grilled meats, sustainable seafood, and seasonal vegetables — crafted to complement a fine selection of Burgundies, Bordeaux, Barolos, Brunellos, and rare American vintages.

La Compagnie Flatiron also hosts dynamic programming, including wine education events, tasting experiences, and in-house happenings that bring a touch of downtown energy to the Flatiron neighborhood.

The venue is available for private events, product launches, and celebrations — with capacity for up to 85 guests — offering an intimate and memorable experience for all occasions.
